I'm using an Exclusive Alicia Mujica tube 11B, which you need a licence to use,  & an IB kit by Ladyhawwk Designs & you can find both here ~ CDO

Filters ~ Xero Radiance

Mask of choice

Drop shadow of choice

Fonts ~ FFF Urban,

~Lets Begin~

New raster layer 700x700

Paste Frame3 as new layer, resize to suit, click inside with magic wand & expand by 5, paste paper4 as new layer, resize 80%, invert delete & drag below Frame. Select none

Paste Tube as new layer on right side, duplicate & drag below Frame. Hide top Tube for now, back on bottom tube & delete any parts that are outside Frame along bottom. Unhide top tube & delete parts of tube outside Frame again. So it should now look like she is popping out of Frame

Paste Tube again on left side inside Frame, resize if needed, Xero Radiance - Beauty 150, erase any parts outside Frame, Blend Mode - Overlay

Paste Elem31 as new layer along bottom of Frame, resize to suit

Paste Car as new layer inside Frame, Blend Mode - Screen, resize to suit

Paste Suitcases & Gramophone as new layers, resize to suit, mirror Gramophone & place both on right side

Paste Elem7 as new layer, resize to suit, mirror & place on right side

Add drop shadow of choice to layers

Copy merged in to Anim Shop & resize to suit, paste back in PSP & sharpen. Adjust Hue & Saturation - both 0

Apply mask of choice

Add name & © then save as PNG!
